Event Recap: Charities big winners in Texas hold ’em tournament (Tallahassee, FL)

“The Tallahassee Lions Club held its second annual Charity Texas Hold ‘Em Tournament on May 17. The event was a huge success, raising much-needed funds for the Tallahassee Lions Foundation. The tournament’s big winner was Paul Maraist with Food Glorious Food, who beat nine players to win $2,500 to split between his charities, Big Bend Hospice and Make-a-Wish Foundation.”

“The retired ballers society came out in full force Friday to support Michael Irvin’s Hall of Fame Charity Weekend poker tournament at Hard Rock Live at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino near Hollywood.
